Raised in a dysfunctional home, I overcame many hardships as early as childhood. I spent most of my adolescence and young adulthood feeling isolated and insecure. When I had to quit college to get a full time job to help support my family, I believed I had missed the train on having a meaningful life.
When I realized that my dreams didn’t have an expiry date, my story came to life and became my message to the world. Now, I’m an eternal optimistic in helping you to do the same.

Antonia will not show you how to change your weaknesses but she will allow you to use them and bring out your strengths. Her coaching allowed me to excel in my professional life when I felt frustrated and hopeless.
Antonia has probably been the single-most motivating person I have met. After having been stuck in an unfulfilling professional and personal environment for many years, she inspired me and gave me the courage to press the reset button.
I have always walked away with something positive that I can use to help myself to understand where my emotions of fear, anger, jealousy, etc., come from. Antonia's approach is simple.... I was especially helped with my job search interviews. I was able to let go of the baggage of playing out the scenes before they happen in a negative manner, and just go in with a clear mind and focus on what was happening at the moment with a positive result.
